I have used the services of Hearing First for 10 years. Each visit was very satisfying. The staff was professional both in service and explanation of how to use my hearing aids. I really appreciate the ongoing free service and I am extremely satisfied with everything about Hearing First

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poorly trained and unprofessional staff.I bought a hearing aid from this company and they neglected to program the device. Nothing I said or did could persuade them to program the device. Either they wouldn't or they couldn't. Therefore the hearing aid is useless. Also, they are not very good at doing custom fittings for ear molds that go with the hearing aids. This is absolutely the worse experience I have had with a hearing aid dispensing company.
