DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! HALF-DEAD PLANTS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
The owner sent a half-dead plant to my mother. Both my parents are botanists with advanced degrees in plant sciences. But when they tried to exchange the plant, the owner was incredibly shrill and disrespectful and told them that they didn't know how to take care of plants. She even said, "So what are you going to do about it? I get these complaints all the time." It seems that this sort of unprofessional and hostile behaviour is the norm at Foglie.
Flowers are supposed to make people happy. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
Husband sent me flowers for Valentines day, as he was out of town. Ended up delivered at the neighbors but flower shop didn't call or leave a note to notify me. Strange, since they had both my cel and email info...left it to me to search out on the 15th where they were sent. By then the flowers are dead. Called to complain and they said sorry. No refund, no new flowers, NOTHING! $65 wasted!!! Keep your money, buy somewhere else, lots of other flower places on St. Clair.
