I am so thankful to have found Mark. He came to my mothers nursing home and fitted her with new hearing aids right at the home. He is so professional and made everything so easy and was so patient, friendly and understanding. Amazing service. Cant recommend him enough!

Mark has been extremely professional and empathetic in helping my mother with her hearing aid devices. He ensured that everything was perfect, and when one device was not quite right, he immediately replaced it. Mark has been flexible with his appointments to her nursing home and makes her feel very comfortable when he is working with her. She is 92 and has dementia, and is very happy with the fact she can hear again. Thank you Mark for everything! You made a big difference in her world!

Mark is professional, courteous and highly customer oriented. His ability to do the testing etc. onsite at my mother's Nursing Home was a HUGE benefit. Any questions or concerns were followed up quickly with a phone call or onsite visit. Thanks for everything Mark!
