i was hit by one of their trucks driving down the street. sat on the phone for 30 min trying to get a hold of some one to report it. when i finally got someone on the phone it was a call center in India who then hung up on me! couldn't ever see myself dealing with a company like this.

Poor customer service skills at the windsor terminal

Have a very hard time contacting there office, they would not give a email, fax no or info on your package. No reply on-line on there help line, poor service due to there only work with the shipper on Claim # . The Added photo is what appears on the website, you can read it. Very up setting running a business, with not much help from Office staff.
