Had issues with Anna, an underwriter and when Ruth, Business development manager, was informed by my agent and myself she stated she appreciates my 20 years of loyalty but chose not to intercede on my behalf. This lack of action has caused me to drop 2 of my 4 policies and am shopping out my remaining 2. At least B&C wont have to wonder why I left.
I will never and never will reccomend this company to anyone. They cancel home insurance on my parents home after having this company and its predecessors since back in the 1930's. The reason I was told was because I didn't have my home insurance with them since I was looking after things for my deceased father and my mother who was in a home at the time and I was renting the home. Did all the inspections to their specs and within the year they cancelled the policy. Absolutely appalling.

I started with Bertie and Clinton about 5 years, and I am so glad I did. If I don't have a claim with my house insurance, then I get a rebate back at the end of my year. I would like to say thank you for being there for me, when I needed Rent Insurance.
