Do NOT sign up for this gym!! They are allowed to make changes to your original contract + increase fees without penalty. You will have a heck of a time trying to leave! They have not been understanding during covid and are greedy. Other gyms allow for cancellation as a number of changes have been made from the original signed contract—not this one. You will be spending $45 a month for no shower, no supersets, equipment being removed and wait times since they can’t space out machines.

Since the new owners have taken over the gym has become truly amazing. It was nice and clean before, but now there are more classes, the staff feel like extended members of family and its a place that I feel incredibly comfortable. Would recommend AF Welland to anyone looking for a safe place to work out and take care of themselves.

Told cancelling with one month notice was no problem. When I needed to, couldnt reach them. Last two months I payed for, I hadnt been in at all. Would have been decent of him to release me from the contract then. But no, he wants 400 bucks. husband said I could bring a friend to try the gym. When we showed up the wife aggressively demanded to see his key. The exchange was really negative. They lost two customers that day. She also told us she would not allow any st kitts members in her club!

Horrible ownership. Tried for 3 months to cancel my membership, impossible to get ahold of owners. I tried emailing, calling and facebooking them and no response. Had to go to my bank and get a stop payment on them. Ridiculous. Have heard this happen to a lot of other clients as well.
