On Aug. 18th, 2019, I put a deposit down on a dress for it to come into the store for Nov. 18th, 2019. They said it was fine if I changed my mind, and that if I did, it would be a full refund on the deposit. Its now Feb. 19th, 2020 (7 months later, and 3 months after expected delivery), and not only has the dress still not arrived but I have asked for my money back over 8 times!
This has BY FAR been the most stressful part of wedding planning.
