My mother-in-law was in here and received excellent care. Staff and food verry good.

this place is horrible. the patients are treated like second class citizens. They are short staffed every day, I asked a member of management if she should not come in to help out if they dont have enough staff, her response was none!!! we tried to find a staff member to sign my grandma out and waited 25mins before we could get the book. terrible food.please dont leave your loved ones HERE. they will be neglected.

Very disappointed in facility yesterday. My parents were not dressed , room was a pigsty floor so sticky my shoes stuck. Laundry piled high on chairs more than often not put away. When it is put away it's put wherever , I keep cleaning out drawers and closets not a week later it's a mess again. Nobody seems to care where they put it. As soon as they get a great nurse they change things around so the floor is weak. There are some exceptional staff but the lazy ones need to be made accountable.

You would think "this is a place of business" they should start acting like it. Walked in today alarms beeping with nobody paying attention to alarms or me walking through. Upon exiting this utterly depressive environment with same alarms still not cleared waiting to see a nurse to let us out of the more dependant wing (code to enter at door) a pouty faced nurse looking annoyed shows up enters code without saying a word to us and leaves! There needs to be audits done on these places! Ridiculous!
