STAY CLEAR!!! We are still dealing with all her mistakes on her drawings. Every trade that has to touch her plans have had nothing but problems. Not to mention the engineering we required to fix all her mistakes even before we started. She wouldn't even call us back, the township had to call her on our behalf. I would never recommend her to anyone EVER!
