Yorkdale Volkswagen

I recently purchased a 2017 GTI with the performance package from Yorkdale VW. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Duncan Todd. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and was really passionate about the car. Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step. I visited a few different dealerships prior to visiting Yorkdale VW and the service I received everywhere else paled in comparison.

I bought a new 2013 Volkswagon Passat from the Yorkdale Volkswagon dealership.3 months after I bought the car it started to make really loud noises constantly and especially while braking and a rattling sound. Also the heater knob jumps automatically to high when it is turned to the second setting. I have complained multiple times to the dealership and they told me that the sounds the car was making were normal and they have not fixed it for me.

The other VW dealerships need to take note. This is how to run a dealership and treat people. The others like watching a bad movie with real used car people to be polite. The others VW dealers define the term "NIGHTMARE" when trying to buy a car. Not only are their sales skill week but the other need to learn how to answer their phone. Top marks here. Pros Pros pros.
