I spoke with Lee on the 25'th of may and everything appeared to go well for the first week, except that he didn't process the information and had forgotten but I reminded him. Afterward Lee didn't bother to send confirmations, or to be courteous. He lied, gave us the runaroud, told some more lies, and in the end, which was June 16'th he had the audacity to hang up the phone when I called. I then tried to fax my complaint, except the fax was never sent due to an error on their end.
