The last time the Toronto Maple Leafs won a Stanley Cup, in 1967, the Arcadi family was already dealing in hockey gear.
Nearly half a century later, much has changed for the Arcadis: What started as a modest repair operation in the family home has turned into a pair of adjoining retail outlets — Toronto Hockey Repair and Goalie Heaven — two blocks west of Toronto's Dundas West subway station. The Bloor Street West location opened in 1999, and eventually expanded into the unit next door.
What hasn't changed, however, is Toronto Hockey Repair's commitment to personal, quality service. "You might find cheaper prices at big retailers, but you're not going to get a proper fitting," says owner Jim Arcadi. "That's where we come in. It's time-consuming to get it right, but we always want to make sure everyone is happy and properly fitted."

Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m a hard one to please when it comes to buying anything... I’m all about finding the best deal and Fiorenzo knows exactly how to make sure I stop at his shop evertime I’m downtown for any of my 2 boys goalie equipment. Highly recommend!
me and my nephew bought extra wide skates and the store was super helpfull excellent everything thanks it is the best place for hockey ... the only place to go
Awesome place for ball, ice hockey equipment used and new! Will make deals with you so just ask!
This is a friendly environment that does not boast the cocky aura that accompany many hockey shops. The kids there are polite, the managers there are knowledgable and the service is great. I picked up my APX skates after tax for about 700. They work with you and do everything to help you extend your game. I highly recommend this place for your hockey gear!
i purschased a pair of hockey skates from another store i paid 750 dollars for the skate. the shell of the skate was all torn and under neath the insole was seperating he told me to take it back to the retalier and get an new one the stupid retalier told me the skates were out of warranty and he couldnt do anything for me i took it back to toronto hockey and goalie heaven. within a week he got a brand new pair of the same skates. i gave him a tip for helping me out. at least these guy know how to work for their money.
This is an amazing palce, I brought my 2 kids in and an old lady at the front desk help me find used equipment for my boys. I couldnt believe the knowledge she had in hockey. She properly fitted my sons. It conviently located downtown, the service is top notch with any boutique hockey store out there! The lady gave me the best price and I was happy to give all of my business now and in the future!
