Four terrible experiences with UPS within the year--regardless of whe. Every time the package goes awry. Communication is absolutely abysmal. It is not appropriate for private use. This location now seem to have lost half a family heirloom, sending it to a location where no-one can pick it up and also doing absolutely ZERO to help locate it. Not even admitting it had been received.
