Landlord ignored all emails & phone calls regarding cockroaches from trashy drug people for 9 months so it was spreading through out building. Landlord finally took couple steps only because by law enforcement order whole building to be treated but only did few units. Day units to be sprayed or gel the superintendent entered my unit without notice and locked my cats in bedroom for 7 hours without food & litter without permission again
