Their tracking tool is extremely inaccurate. Furthermore, responses for re-delivery request is so slow that by the time they actually respond, its past your desired delivery window (after 2 days). Its been 10 days and I still havent received my package!

Very slow. Hard to get in contact with a agent by design. They dont respond to emails or pick up the phone and good luck if you call after 4pm

One of their customer service representatives were polite and helpful, but they simply cannot deliver. Tracking information is rarely updated. The driver claims to have attempted to deliver, but I was home waiting for my package to be delivered. Cars on the driveway, porch light on, dining room light on; no knocks, no door bell, nothing. So much for the 2 Day Delivery advertised by Fido. Very disappointing... Wondering why Rogers/Fido would contract a third party company like this.o

failed to deliver twice. Provided my number to them yet the delivery rep didn't bother calling twice. Just said couldn't deliver. Very irresponsible wasting people's time, and money by changing plans expecting an on-time delivery.
