Premier Hair Centre Lawrence Square

I went to Premier Hair Centre for a cut, colour (roots), highlights, blow dry and style Laurie was my hairdresser. Before we started the whole procedure I asked Laurie how much it would all cost, she went to her Manager and she gave me a price. By the time Laurie finished, she again went to her Manager and came back with a different price,$10.00 more than the original price. Needless to say, I was not happy. I do not believe this is a good way to run a business. I will not be returning.

I just went there and I'm not happy with the result, first of all just because my background is Hispanic the "hairdresser" always talked to me in spanish I always replied in English and try to make my best to catch up what he was saying thank God I know some Spanish but it was really uncomfortable anyway he did what he wanted to my hair , also when the job was done I was checking myself in the mirror and the guy just told me with an attitude "you're welcome , you know that you have THANK me.

I have been coming here for close to 20 years and have seen quite a few management changeovers in that time. Keta is by far the best! She has brought in new services and with it new customers and at the same time ensured that it is very friendly and it is like going to see family. As silly as that sounds it means i really enjoy going. I have also had consistently great service from Keta, Sandra or Dom, often when i walk in without appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my whole family have been going to this salon for years. They are all very nice and professional. Keta is personable and knowledgeable as well. She gives me new ideas every time I go. Prices are reasonable compare to other salons in the area.

I've been going to Premier Hair Centre for about three years. They have an outstanding customer service and results. They use amazing products which leaves my hair smooth and shiny after the coloring process. Woud highly reccomend this place!!

My husband and I have been coming to the Salon for over 2 years. Everyone is friendly and professional. Keta has the experience to understand your vision and make it reality. the facilities are clean and she renovated just recently. The price is affordable and I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends.

2nd time coming h...

2nd time coming here, 1st time it was ok nothing special. 2nd time it was torture. Pamela the hair dresser kept yanking my hair as she was brushing it. I told her that it hurt a bit and she said "you are the first one to say that?" i explained to her that everyone was different and that it was hurting me. i said to her that everytime she would comb my hair a small chunk would rip from my scalp and thats why it hurt. She said "the problem is you". I mean lets look at this: 1. Customer service - poor 2. 40$ for blow and wash is ok but not after that conversation 3. The boss needs to smile a bit and get involved if employee is talking to the customer this way. I would never go back there
