Sandy Badgley is not your average nutritionist. Always interested in health and nutrition, she opened Pinstripe Nutrition in 2011 after leaving a 20-year career in the corporate world. It’s Sandy’s experience in the fast-paced world of business that lends itself so well to her role providing tailored advice to busy clients on the most effective — and delicious — path to their own nutrition. “People have an idea that eating healthily means bland meals. I’m a foodie myself, so I know that you can eat healthily and still love what you eat,” she says.
While her doors are open to clients from all walks of life, she has special insight into people who work in the busy world she once knew so well.
“When I left my career and went back to school to learn about nutrition, I realized that I could have made better choices when I was always on the go. I looked back and thought ‘If I knew then what I know now.’ For one thing, I would not have given in to the afternoon cookies and coffee craving!” Sandy’s passion now is to help people who are in the same position she once was.
