Sandra is very professional and always makes me feel good when I leave there.

Very rude on the phone when I called to book an appointment. The person who answered couldn't speak to when the aesthetician had an opening and simply said the aesthetician was busy and 'we are all independent here'. She sounded annoyed and frustrated on the short call. They won't be getting my business and I feel bad for the aesthetician who may be losing business because of who is answering the phone.

I was introduced to this place by my mother as she brought me here since I can remember (20years ago) and I wouldn't change this salon for the world. They are professional and I've never left with a bad experience, I always get compliments and asked where I get my hair done. The staff feel like family and no matter the request, the result is fabulous!!! :) if I could give this salon 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it.

Today I needed an Updo.... I wanted to go on a date and I'm not In my local Area and this place seemed ok but you can't prebook appts you have to walk in I walk in the place no coffee was offered (although it was offered and made about three hours later) I then waited while 5 colours went ahead and the stylist wasted a lot of time doing things that don't make a salon work products used -old technology (loreAl) Which leads to old technique If I could give 0 starS I would
