Michelle Tirmandi is a holistic nutritionist specializing in meal planning and nutritional counselling, helping people to rid their pantries of unhealthy packaged goods and welcome healthier, whole foods for a cleaner diet. For many years, Michelle struggled with anxiety and depression, as well as an eating disorder. A dedication to and understanding of whole foods and self-compassion was ultimately what helped her change her life and career path. She is now able to coach others on their nutritional wellness for a living through her home business, Michelle Nutrition.
"I've always been interested in the nutritional aspects of food, and love educating people about it. I just never knew that I could make a career out of it," says Michelle. "After working full time in marketing, I realized that I had to do something that would make me feel fulfilled and happy."
As a Certified Holistic Practitioner with an Honours Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Education, Michelle is able to combine her love of whole foods with her ability to teach and listen in order to put together custom programs for clients that want to make healthier life changes.
