Just picked up a new 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE in light blue. Kenshaw Toyota managed to find the car within two days. Apparently there was only one in maunal in all of Ontario! Will, the sales rep made the progress very easy, and quick. He answered all my questions and got everything I wanted.

Great experience purchasing a Rav4. Will E. (Sales) was attentive & not pushy when making the sale. Very helpful, he provided us with information we required e.g., cost & features of different models. He tried to get us the best trade-in value. Car dealerships try to maximise their profits - we wouldve liked to see a higher trade in value but were ok with what we were offered. Will returned our calls promptly, respected our time during consultation & worked hard to expedite delivery.
I was in the market for a new Toyota and went to Ken Shaw. I spoke to the rudest woman. Her tone and attitude were unbearable. It was easily the worst customer service experience i've ever come across.
