Allan is amazing as a salesperson because, he’s very friendly, polite, and always takes his time to explain the origin of the cheese that he offers to you. He never rushes you to make a speedy decision; he is very patient. Allan is someone that every establishment would benefit to have as an employee. My favourite cheese(s) are the ones from France. One of the country's best cheese shops. The espresso encrusted, five year old cheddar is incredible. The staff will make your taste buds sing with a plethora of samplings. You gotta eat here.
