Meet the owner

Can you imagine lifting your body, mind and soul out of its busy state and, instead, learning to let go, breathe and even fly?

Our lives are busy, stressful and on-the-go. Natalie Harper’s Fly Studio invites you to take a moment out of your busy life and give your body and mind a much-needed boost. “I think everyone should do something for themselves. I don’t mean going to work, eating and sleeping. To be truly happy, we have to spend time with ourselves,” Natalie says.

Fly Studio offers unique practices with a twist on traditional yoga. You’ll find aerial and suspension yoga, body conditioning and reformer Pilates at this studio ― and this studio only.

Originally from New York, Natalie moved to Toronto only to find that there wasn’t a single aerial class offered in the city. “I had been teaching aerial yoga for five years and I love it. When I came to Toronto I couldn’t find any Pilates studios that I liked. So, I decided to open up my own,” Natalie recalls. “My goal was to incorporate something different that Toronto didn’t have. I didn’t want to open any studio. What I had in mind was something different, unique and alternative.”
