    Horrible Customer Service

    The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a Trillium Canada Goose jacket as a Christmas present (the second one I bought from them this year). When my wife opened it on Christmas morning she noticed a small black stain near the right pocket. They would not take it back. The Manager said it was not in original condition and would not offer any further assistance. I will never shop there again and discourage anyone else from doing so.
