    I’ve had a great experience. I came a bit early because I haven’t been here before and they took my car early to get finished early so I can go about my day. I was greeted right away by Quaisom (service reception) and it continued to be a good experience. James and Sandy were also very good.

    Came for an oil change and also had an issue with passenger side door (the car is under warranty). Not just the door wasn’t fixed, they overfilled the oil, and didn’t tight the oil drain plug so the oil was leaking all over the place until I went underneath my car and did it my self. The plug was so much loose so I could turn it just by hand!!! Terrible service.

    Terrible! Service Dept do not know the meaning of service. 3 weeks ago our windshield wipers stopped working. After 3 “diagnosis” visits new parts ordered. Called Service rep a week later misunderstanding,parts not ordered. Now on back order. No idea when will arrive. use only if no rain. A new car would be less frustrating but it sure as hell won’t be from Downtown Hyundai.

    Was told "If you [end up buying] a Hyundai please don't bring it here for service" Like other posters, if I could give a 0 or negative star review I would. The lack of transparency from the sales manager we dealt with (Cezar) was disturbing. After a week of haggling on the price, we were quoted a decent price, and we returned tonight only have it not honoured with the only option we requested. We were told that they forgot the block heater (what a surprise) and that the price I was told on the

    Please read this ...

    Please read this before you commit to buying a car from this dealer especially if you have to deal with the sales guy who I will call Mr. C & sales manager Ms. S (what a disastrous team). They have the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced.
