worst experience ever with a bike shop. 1 month after buying a 4000$ bike from them I still cannot ride it because the right pedal became lose on my first ride and detroyed the threads on the crank arm. Now I've been screwed around for a month on many false promises about getting a replacement and they have wasted counted hours of my time.
