Ordered flower arrangement for a very special birthday, roses died 3 days later, when I called Ciano the person there was very defensive and said he didnt know what was done with the flowers during that time, really?!! This is not the first time I have ordered flowers they should not die 3 days later. He said there was nothing he could do, what kind of customer service is this? The flowers were not fresh and the arrangement did not meet the price I paid. Very very disappointed.
NEVER will I spend another dime at this florist. There are hundreds of florists in Toronto so do yourself a favour and get some value for your money somewhere else. I placed an order over $100 for flowers to be delivered to my wife's office to surprise her on her birthday 17 days in advance. They were so late I had to spoil the surprise so that she didn't leave work - she ended up at work waiting for the flowers before she left. My experience phoning them to complain was very poorly dealt with.
