Avoid if you care about your clothes

I really liked this cleaner until they ruined my favourite shirt (which was brand new) by getting some sort of red ink all over it. The owner's husband was very apologetic but an apology won't return my shirt to normal. Due to their insignificant reimbursement, I will not be giving them my business anymore. The best they could do for me was give me $24.50 (10 times the cleaning cost) as store credit for a $360 shirt that they ruined with no explanation. To me that's not acceptable.

I would not recom...

I would not recommend this dry-cleaner. They ruined an expensive dress for a wedding. The material had snags all over and it needed to be steamed. The owner said she would fix it. When I came back, there was a new red stain on the chest area. The dress was unwearable. They refused to refund the $20.00 saying, I'm too picky" and "We didn't make any money off this dress." Overall, I was shocked by their lack of attention to detail, customer service, and compassion for someone else's belongings.
