I found Dr. Bonder after my Ragdoll kitten, Diego, had been misdiagnosed by several other veternarians in Toronto. Diego had very bad diarrhea from the moment he entered my home. Dr. Bonder is by far the best vet I have ever had my pets to. Her level of expertise, knowledge and sincere caring is truly incredible. She is constantly educating herself with the most current advances in feline medicine, and because of this she has been able to offer a level of care to my cats that I know I would not have found elsewhere. I also greatly appreciate how incredibly thorough she is, and she will always take the time to explain ever aspect of what she is doing, what is needed
Dr Bonder is great. I will never take my cats anywhere else. This place is above and beyond both in expertise and customer/patient service. Additionally, if you have an urgent or emergency situation, they will always manage to fit your kitty in. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but I'd rather have that than have my vet tell me they can't see my pet because they are booked when I have an emergency.
Also, the charges are very reasonable compared to other vet hospitals. This is a plus considering you get the highest level of knowledge, service, and skill. I can tell they really care about the kitties and aren't trying to nickel and dime you into outrageous charges (something I've experienced at many other veterinarians... )
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who wants the best possible care for their cat.
