Although I have always had a passion for confectionery arts, I did not originally study this career path in school. I attended George Brown College where I obtained my diploma in Special Event Planning & Destination Tourism at George Brown College in Toronto, ON. I went on to work as a trade-show and event/wedding coordinator for 8+ years where I was able to travel the world while having the pleasure to reside in cities like Calgary, Vancouver, Las Vegas, & Los Angeles. Life was terrific - but it was missing something... sweet. I decided to come back to Toronto, ON where I attended the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts.     Dayna is an artist! Her work isn't only beautiful and eye catching it's amazingly delicious! So full of flavor and so moist! She did printed cupcakes for an event that I went to and they were fantastic! Blew me away! Loved the little printed logos on the cupcakes! I'll be ordering for my next event from her!!!!
