always been good to me in office and on the phone.

Do not go with vianet...they couldn't hook me up 2 weeks ..then it still didn't work..I didn't use any data and they still charged for installation ,cancellation and pro rated the days I haven't had it ! Ultimately I'm paying for a service I never used and I was a good paying customer for over a year !

Very bad customer service

There internet and telephone service is very reliable, however there web hosting, web mail and customer service is horrible. I was told twice I would receive return phone calls from sales about discounting pricing, and never received a call back. Also with the web mail, they admitted they could see the issue I was talking about, but because I was the only one they are aware of that is having the problem, it isn't worth fixing. I suggest finding another company to deal with.

I pay my bill like we agreed and yet I get disconnected for lack of payment what the.?????
