Chris the owner, is a poor representative of this company. He is rude, he bullies, he belittles, he is very difficult to work with. He is an angry man with no good character and has a lot of negative attitude. His customer appreciation and support is awful. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Their workmanship is poor, they have no pride, they rush their work, they make a lot of mistakes, they blame you. You cannot trust these people with your car. Do NOT bring your vehicle to them.

This is the worst place to have any auto accessories installed, no one knows what there doing and then when you need warranty work done lol that's the biggest problem they don't want to honour anything they sell. Not even 1 star!!!!!!!!!!
At first there was a very nice employee helping me when a man from an office behind the receptionist came out with an attitude and told the employee to stop helping me and almost threw me out telling me to go somewhere else in a very aggressive way.
I have never seen customer service like that and I feel sorry for the employees who seem very nice.
I will never go back.

On the highway I hit a large piece of ice that had fallen off a transport and wrecked the front end of my car. Superior and my insurance company got it fixed in a timely manner and Im so happy to have my car back in tip top shape again at minimal cost! Thank you Superior, that could have been a nightmare, but you made it very easy!
I needed new brakes. I had received a price from another auto shop but the price was too steep for my budget. A friend suggested Superior Auto, so I gave them a call. Claudio took my car in right away for an inspection and quote. The quote included all four brakes and my back calipers, the price was far more competitive than the price from the competitor for less work. Superior Auto did the work and I couldn't be happy with the service and care provided.

I got into a car accident and got my car repaired at SAC. The team at SAC treated me with the utmost respect and completed all of the work done on my car within a reasonable amount of time. The best service I could have hoped for!
We get our car undercoated here and always get excellent service. We've also ordered some nice rims and tires and they even painted our calipers for us! Very nice staff and quick service.

I was about to get some work done on my car and we were sitting in the managers office discussing prices when we made a comment on how expensive everything was. He then said "It's cars,get over it!" My boyfriend then said we could take our business elsewhere as we found him to be rude. Then he exploded with anger chasing us out of the building yelling, swearing and claiming we called him a liar when we said no such thing. I dont feel that suggesting going elsewhere warranted this service and I would never suggest others to use this business.
