The service here is amazing. I have called from far away to have things delivered to the oddest places in Sudbury and I have never heard anything but how beautiful the arrangements are and how long the flowers last.
Very dissatisfied with order and customer service. We live out of town and ordered an arrangement for a friend. By chance, they sent us a picture....it looked nothing like what we ordered! Business was dismissive when we called to complain. Will not use again.
I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral home delivery. I live out of town and it was late at night when I placed the order from the website. When I arrived at the funeral home, the flowers I had ordered were absolutely beautiful and exactly as requested. I was very impressed! The prices were VERY reasonable and delivery was free. I would definitely use Rosery Florist again and recommend them.
I had ordered the Calming Comfort (premium) arrangement.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Will never order from them again and will make sure all of my friends and family I know will be informed of this also. Now my poor mother does not get her Birthday flowers from her grandchildren!!!
