Originally didn't have the dress in store like they said. Travelled 2 hours to be let down and ignored upon arrival.
Went back and they were very courteous and help full. Ordered the dress and paid in full. Was told the dress would be here week of June 1. Never showed up. I would call every week and was talked down to. Called the other day to see if it was in the lady said "did we call you?" No... "Then it's not here" can you please just check.. "Oh that dress has been here for a long time"
The owner of this shop is extremely disrespectful. I went to her shop only to have the door locked with her sitting inside feeding a dog treats laughing away. Not a professional shop. I took my money elsewhere in Sudbury and I would recommend you to also do the same
The consultants were rude! They let me into the main salon 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to let another party clear out. But then, I had to wait in line behind 4 other brides just to look in the mirror. They said, "well, how are we supposed to make money?" They also didn't have any dresses with sleeves. I decided to leave early and they started gossiping in the office. Just so rude! Put your dollars elsewhere.
My family and I had the most wonderful experience here! We had spent the morning at another bridal store (blissful bridal) and had a really horrible experience with rude staff and expensive dresses. Being at priceless afterwards was like night and day! The staff were incredibly friendly, I cannot sing enough praises for them all. We were greeted with cupcakes(!!) and the store was so clean and wonderfully decorated! The owner was so helpful and spent a lot of time helping me to decide what size of dress to order and made sure I was completely comfortable with the order before she placed it. I am so pleased with the dress I chose. Everything was really reasonably priced and I actually got a 10% discount for buying on my first visit! This is the 7th bridal store I've visited in three different cities to try on wedding dresses and the best experience my family and I have had by far!
Wow! I was sooo nervouse and heard so many horror stories about dress shopping .but that all went away once I walked thru the doors of priceless bridals..heres why!
1st...MMMMMMM it smells so delicsious! they sell the yummiest candles! so very warm and welcoming.
2nd..the service..is the BEST! I did go to the other shops and the feel was meh to down right rude..i was totally turned off
3rd the DRESSESSSS...are beautiful..and a lot less expensive than I would of thought.
so in a nutshell...i wanted to buy my dress and have the wonderful experience to go with it. and I did,,I felt like I was on an episode of say yes to the dress! classy...fun, and i felt like a princess!
