Northwood Medical Clinics

Wait time was estimated 15 minutes, i got here about an hour and a half ago and still haven’t seen the doctor. This is ridiculous and i can hear the receptionists chit chatting with each other.

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful

I went in with my two-year-old baby and she needed stitches to her chin. Their receptionist was more than accommodating and kind. They were also both bilingual. The doctor was very sweet with her and patient. I waited less than five minutes in the patient’s room. I didn’t even wait in the waiting room at all. I highly recommend this location as well as any other. It was clear that the staff was very well trained in ensuring the well-being of their patients. i

Wait time was displayed as1.5 hours...3 hours later my name was called. Beyond slow for a clinic that should be just getting people in and out!

I went in to get checked for a cough I said I had for four weeks.This old doctor and came without addressing who he hardly looked at me asked e a few questions, seemed a little rude and rushed. He checked for my breathing, and told me it was a virus and I said then I should get antibiotics? He said no, it will go away on its own. And not a second more he jumped up and left! I think he seen me not more than 5 minutes. I had a family doctor like hi and dumped her because of her lack of proper care

Went in for check up was sent for blood work and told it would be in next day ..Waited over an hour to be told monday or tuesday.It is now tuesday late afternoon still no phone call which I find very unprofessional ..I try to call in and you cant get through to them only the clinic hours are listed would not recommend awful service and care

Will not take phone inquiries. Front desk will not answer questions, had to wait 1 hour just to ask if my Lab Blood Work had come in. On my first visit, I ask what the wait-time was and was refused and answer out of fear she would be criticized. Very cold and impersonal atmosphere. SAD indeed, 3rd world service in Ontario.

Feb.1st, 2015. Waited too long (with a 5 yr. old) Staff appeared bothered by questions (how much longer), we waited over an hr, then left. Felt unwelcomed. Thanks Anne Roach
