I called in for some Gravel and to set up an account so we could be invoiced (as i was ordering for a project in their area from a distance) and she told me that because she dealt with one company from my city in the past and had a bad experience she didnt trust any business from my city so i had to pay upfront right away. Her exact words were "That makes it bad for you"... Aweful customer service! There are thousands of business' in my city.. WOW
