I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person. I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business.
Terrible Service, Lack of Communication and expensive
They fixed my laptop screen quickly and it works great!
Had a nasty virus. Took my machine into them and they fixed it right up. The techs were very courteous and kindly explained the work they were doing in a way I could understand. Will use them again for any issues I might have.
These guys totally saved our business during a transition period! Great service from printers to laptops to web sites, they did it all!
Cares only about his bottom line – customer satisfaction means nothing to him.

We went above and beyond with this customer and provided several services free of charge. Nothing would please this customer but a full refund for services that were performed and working both times the computer was checked. Her issue was with a part, the fan, that wasn't even repaired or worked on. We offered to replace the fan for free just to please her, but she took her services elsewhere and paid an additional amount to get it fixed by HP.
Schneider's has been fixing my computers since 2003. They provide fast reliable service, and they always educate me on my equipment. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
A great place to go. I have been using Schneider's since 2003. They are reliable, have good pricing, and very friendly.
Broke my hard drive, and now will not return my calls

You must be thinking of another business, because we've received no calls in regards to a broken hard drive. Please contact the store manager directly if you have any concerns; however we have no record of any customer issues with a broken hard drive. Manager
The staff at both locations are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help with whatever issues we have. We are very happy with their help and support. They talk in simplified terms so purchasing is a lot easier.
These guys are always there when we need them, compared to many other dealers in-town. They respond promptly, and always call when they are going to be late. Contrary to other reviews, we find Schneider's the best place to get service in-town, and we've been doing business for years!
These poeple never show up. they dont call u to tell u they are not coming. Horrible customer service!

Did you have an appointment? I book all appointments, and I don't recall speaking to anyone about an appointment other than businesses. Are you sure you have the right business and phone number? Who did you speak to?
