Was dealing with ...

Was dealing with one of the owners upon arrival. Great guy, we came up with a stone and agreeable price for our kitchen counter top. Then started dealing with their receptionist who was scatterbrained to say the least. Very unorganized, called about 5 times cause she kept forgetting things. Finally we get a call 2 days before they are coming for a template to say they are busy and no longer honouring the price we agreed upon and that they are unwilling to do the install. This decision was made by the other partner in the business. Very unprofessional and I won't consider dealing with them again.
