    Law clerk is incompetent. Retained for closing a property. Didn’t respond to the lender’s lawyer in a timely fashion, sent documents at the last moment and then lied and BLAMED the lender’s lawyer. Closing was delayed for two days and there is still a list of outstanding issues, documented by email requests from the lender’s lawyer. Perhaps this individual is best suited for a different line of work.

    My mother used Ernie Cicchi, after her passing we learned that not only were his estate rates high, but he also didnt advise her properly. He betrayed our trust and handled himself poorly when we decided not to proceed with his services.
