Terrible customer service!! I left a message about a specific boot to see if they could tell me which local retailers may carry it rather than calling all the little shops one at a time. The woman was very rude and told me to use the store locater, but I had already indicated that I didn't want to call them all individually on my voicemail. She kept talking over me and was absolutely belligerent. I told her the conversation was not productive and hung up. I'll keep shopping, but not with them!
