My car did not start at all even after trying a booster machine and was parked inside an underground parking lot ; The driver helped me to get the car out my parking spot by pushing and sliding on the ice because his truck could not get in . At the end my car was reached by the towing truck without any damage of my car and left in a mechanic shop facility .

Highly recommendable towing service. My wife was stranded in London On. Sunday evening on a long weekend with a dead battery found Simpson towing on line and one phone call he had her up and running in 1/2 hour unbelievable response time and knowledgeable staff knowing what's needed to start a diesel vehicle in the cold.

Unbelievable service. I called two other towing companies at 1 am in the morning, last night Jan 8 2015 they refused to service me.
I called Simpson towing and within 25 minutes he was there and drove me all the way to Barrie. It was a unforgettable experience. If you want friendly service, outstanding customer satisfaction then you must call Travis. I cannot say enough about this man.
