This is the 4th time having a terrible experience at this location (2131 Lawrence Ave East). I only come to this location because it's close to where I live...if not I would NEVER come to this location. Dishes are dirty and service is terrible! Don't come to this location hungry because you'll be waiting for a very long time for your food! Also management is extremely rude! I think Swiss Chalet should send their management team to learn proper customer service skills etiquette!
