They have poor quality workmanship and terrible customer service. David is very unreasonable and rude. They damaged tracksuit jackets I had printed/embroidered. They left the hot press on too long and there were shiny marks as they burnt the fabric. They tried to justify it because it was a rush order in which I paid extra. They had argued with me and tried to get me to accept the jackets and to just wash them once. Thankfully I refused and asked them to wash them. Marks still their.
