We bought a Sealy at Leon's Furniture in Niagara on the Lake. Seven months later the side of the mattress had a sidewall collapse verified by their Tech. who inspected the mattress. When we went to the store for a refund their Manager said " your not getting any money from us. Your bed slats were not bolted to the frame, you had no center post. We had pictures of our STEEL box spring and 16 slats we installed to protect the mattress. We were never told we needed all these things to buy a mattre

very disappointed with the service the customer service provided. the mattress I purchased from sealey brand is nothing but full of garbage. they promise satisfaction guarantee, when you try calling them regarding the mattress sagging they give a deaf year and come out with all sort of regulations. I don't recommend this product to anyone.
