I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.
After a rain storm last evening we noticed a leak and decided to call Roofing Repairs due to the reviews. Jimmy and his college responded quickly and worked on our roof the same day. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Jimmy climbed the roof and had taken photos and explained the issues and damage. He repaired a few areas and set some traps and will be back in one week to finish the work. I couldn' happier and I will be referring Jimmy to anyone that is in need of roofing work.!

After putting the cart in front of the horse, I believe I was grossly overcharged for the service that was performed, cleaning out the eavestrough, not a huge house at all, glueing some shingles at a cost of &850.00.
My mistake for allowing him to do it and not questioning the quote. I had to ask him to clean the porch eavesthrough as well. All the work took less than an hour.

Jimmy is the real deal. He answers the phone, he comes when he says he will, he does what he says he’ll do. He’ll give it to you straight and fix it for a fair price. I’ve never given anybody 5/5 stars until today. The man is 5 stars plain and simple.
Jim did a great job sealing all areas where water could penetrate. Roof is now ready for the winter. Professional, prompt service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

I saw water coming into the wall and suspect it is a roofing leak as nothing seems to be wrong with plumbing. Jim and his guy came and checked the leak out and went up to the roof and did a free assessment. Instead of telling me to fix the roof, which could have cost me thousands.
