Scheduled a PHONE appointment. A PHONE APPOINTMENT! They couldn't get that right, so what makes you think they'll do any better with your banking needs? This branch is always busy and usually there isn't enough tellers, so expect at least a 15 minute wait (if you're lucky). Your best bet is just to avoid this branch.

Very long wait time , 45m in line with 5 individuals in line and 2 tellers working. In addition, there is a certain female manager there, not very helpful, with a fake smile.
