Its a one man business who cant read or write. Will quote a price 50% less than the going rate, then will do some extra stuff which is not required, such as expanding the walk way from 4' to 6', claiming more steps are required at the entrance etc and will demand 30% more before closing. Will demand money daily. Also, he can only work 3-hr days. Keep away from him.
