The worst first-c...

The worst first-choice hair cutters I've been to. Just got a haircut by someone named Diana and she was absolutely horrible. She was in such a rush, never have I ever been treated so horribly by a fair-dresser. Could not answer any of my questions, just kept asking for the machine number. When I told her I don't know the number she started yelling at me. Extremely poor service, would not recommend this store or Diana to anyone. BUYER BE WARE! DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT BY DIANA.

Always received great customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. I've always liked my haircuts and especially like the perms I've received. I've been going to this hair salon for almost 15 years and enjoy the comradery among the staff.

I was a customer ...

I was a customer in waiting and after one hairdresser was done with her customer, she went to the phone, chatted and completely disregarded me. She could have told me that she will not be able to attend to me and would i be willing to wait for the next available hairdresser. She showed very poor customer service and bad attitude. I will never go back to this place nor recommend First Choice Milner to my friends and family.
