The staff here were extremely helpful in selecting a casket and responded quickly to all my messages. The casket arrived in perfect condition and on time. I saved $2000 on the casket. I highly recommend Casket Depot!

Casket Depot created 48 hours of stress for my family due to their lack of integrity and disregard for everyone’s time. They were almost 2 hours late delivering a casket to the funeral home and also tried to get another company to deliver a similar casket without telling us. The casket that arrived was damaged and wrong colour. They eventually delivered the right casket two days later without incident. We did not appreciate the disregard for our time and bait & switch to suit their schedule.

They took our order on May 11, 2016 at approximately 3pm and our Urns arrived promptly the next day via Canada Post. During this time of grief it was very much appreciated!! Their prices are way below what we would have paid at other memorial stores for the exact same product. Thank you Casket Depot.
