    Came to the stor...

    Came to the store to look for a new toilet and ended up leaving with a new toilet and floor tiles. The prices are great and the workers are very friendly. The lady was helpful and gave me good advice on how to match my tiles with my walls. Will recommend this place to my friends.

    I was recommended...

    I was recommended by my friend to purchase floor tiles at Camiko for my new home. This was my first time in the store and I was glad I came here. It is a smaller retailer but the customer service is exceptional. The owner was friendly and took the time to mix and match different tiles until my liking. He was also very honest about the price. Will go back for toilets next time!

    Bad Customer Service

    We were told to go to Camico Tiles to choose our kitchen & bathroom tiles by the contractor who is doing the job, We asked the person in the showroom to help us identify between ceramic and porcelain tiles, we told him this was our first time selecting floor tiles and we need some help, He basically told us to look around and find them our self. He then went to his computer and he was just browsing the internet, after wards he just stood around and chatted with his co worker. Another couple came in the store and asked him a question about some colours in a certain tile, He told them he is not sure and walked away. This couple couldn’t believe the service they got and were shaking their head, just like us. How are companies like this still in business is beyond me?
