Good products they sell, crappy customer service. Yesterday i went in to get a watch on sale. Got it and was pretty happy with it. But the person i had to deal with in order to purchase the watch not so much. He told me the watch does not look good on me. Are you serious, i waited for a long time just to get someone help not just me but other ppl, but to purchase the watch. He almost lost a sale from that.
I visited this location to pick up a Wireless Router. I asked a staff member if he could help me decide what was the router for me. He was rude and not helpful answering that, yes what I had was a router and that it sent wireless signals in the air. He treated me like I was an idiot. He directed me to geeksquad, who ended up providing false information about the products I had in hand. Staff very rude and not knowledgeable. The best part of my interaction came with the cashier who was good.
Service is great, staff are friendly, always has my products in stock. Best part, I can order online and pick up at this store in less than 5 mins. One of the better big box stores out there.
